Its a dive. But the new management is on point. Cleaning up the parking lot. Working on upgrades to the rooms. Dog friendly. Stayed 5 nights. Felt like family
I am very satisfied with staying here there are issues here in there with the management really works hard so for me the best part is the management. You just got to give it a try
I can come and go all night and do anything i want. The managers right now are very polite and they try to be so helpful and respect your privacy. If you want luxury, this is not the place. If you don't want to be reported for suspicious activity, this is the place where you'll get away with it.
This is a cross-fertilized truck stop that will remind you of a US 66 greasy hamburger joint, and an attempt to modernize without sufficient funding. But that doesn't take away from the old fashioned hospitality on a 5star level. STOP IN SAY HI....

I have been here in the past and let me tell you how much it has changed. New floors, painted rooms,new beds,it it nothing like it used to be.
You get you pay for...People act like the manager slept in every room and trashed all of them. Many people, both locals and tourists come here, trash the rooms, the floors, burn holes in the carpets and blankets, do an insane amount of drugs, and most of all will beg for "payment" plans that they cannot commit only for the managment to get screwed. Every business has expenses. A lot can be done, however, don't start bitching when rates go up. Most people would been kicked out in a heartbeat other places... It is what it is...
The room is good. I have to admit when I stayed a year ago before management change they did try scamming money off my daughter and I. The new management is pretty cool and keep things in good running order. Yes, price is one thing, but you pay for what you get. No real complaints. I don't give 5 stars even if a place is top shelf. That's just me. I'm grateful for a place over my head and a bed to sleep in. For those complaining about bug bites you need to just bring an extra bed cover and don't sleep under the provided ones. If that's the case. I am that way in any motel I stay in. Thank you to the management. You're pretty damned cool
